Therefore, the metering equipment also needs airtightness. In view of the characteristics of washing powder, we recommend the following metering solutions:

Washing powder packaging solution 1: Vacuum feeder + screw feeder + screw metering

1. Vacuum feeder + screw feeder

When the air pump rotates, the air pump generates a negative pressure to form a vacuum airflow, and the washing powder is sucked into the suction nozzle, and the resulting airflow passes through the suction tube to the silo of the screw feeder. The filter completely separates the washing powder from the air, so as to avoid the problem that the washing powder may come into contact with the air when it is loaded, which may cause agglomeration; when the washing powder fills the silo, the controller will automatically cut off the power supply and the vacuum feeder Stop working, at the same time the silo door opens automatically, and the washing powder falls into the hopper of the equipment.

2. Screw measuring machine

It is suitable for powder materials with relatively good fluidity, and when measuring, the silo is closed, which meets the requirements of the packaging washing powder characteristics. In addition, since the screw will heat up the washing powder when the screw is metered and rotate, it may condense, so the screw spacing needs to be widened, and a non-leak valve should be installed at the same time.

Washing powder packaging solution 2: Single bucket elevator + measuring cup measurement (low cost)

1. Single bucket elevator: When the feeder is at the original position at the bottom, the hopper is manually filled with washing powder. After the hopper is full, press the start button, and the steel wire rope of the transmission device pulls the feeder up slowly, and the feeder moves along the guide rails. After rising to the specified height of the material transport layer, the bucket body of the material truck is tilted and the material is discharged. The single bucket elevator has less time to contact with air and has low cost.

2. Measuring cup measurement: The measuring cup device is one of the volume filling methods. It measures the amount of filling materials by volume. It is suitable for regular and uniform particles. Washing powder is also a small particle, and the measuring cup is closed. So you can choose the measuring cup to measure.
