The end customer bought our puffed food packaging machine for potato chips packaging. When the potato chips were being weighed, they were not feeding on the multi head weigher or the feeding speed was slow. The amplitude was adjusted to the maximum, but the problem was still not solved.

According to the video of puffed food packaging machine sent by the customer, we asked him to reduce the accumulation of potato chips first, and then reduce the distance between the feeding pan and the main vibration pan of the multi head weigher, so as to avoid excessive accumulation of potato chips above.
After adjusting the distance, you need to adjust the vibration amplitude to 50 (the maximum amplitude is 99), and then gradually increase or decrease the amplitude according to the cutting conditions.
