The answer is that a non-leak valve can be installed in the automatic powder packaging machine. Some very fine powders may generate dust during the conventional machine packaging process and affect the packaging accuracy. At this time, the use of a non-leak valve can effectively solve these problems. After the machine is equipped with a non-leak valve, dust can be avoided. Its working principle is that the non-leak valve will temporarily block the discharge port after the powder is discharged, and the packaging machine will perform a series of actions such as bag making at this time.
The advantages of temporarily closing the discharge port are that it can avoid dust, and it can be possessed. Higher metering accuracy, so adding a leak-proof valve to the automatic powder packaging machine is very useful for some finer powders.
