Classification of Vertical Weighing Packaging Machine

Vertical weighing packaging machines are generally packaging equipment that integrates metering and bag making. Because different products, their status, measurement accuracy requirements, as well as material filling methods, packaging bag types, etc., will use different metering devices, or different models, resulting in the diversity of bag packaging machines.

 

Although there are many types of vertical packaging machines, they are generally composed of feeding equipment, metering devices, blanking devices, bag making devices, sealing devices, and cutting devices. According to the physical state of the filled materials, it can be divided into granular material packaging machine, powder material packaging machine, block material packaging machine, paste material packaging machine, liquid material packaging machine. According to the different measurement principles adopted by the packaging machine, it can be divided into three types: volumetric packaging machine, weighing packaging machine and counting packaging machine.

 

According to the physical properties of different packaging materials, the characteristics of the bag packaging machine are as follows:

 

1. When measuring and filling solid materials, the flow properties, bulk density and shape of the materials have a great influence on the quality of the filling. Therefore, different products should adopt different filling methods and require different measurement accuracy. For small solid materials or granular materials, you can use a volumetric packaging machine (measuring cup packaging machine) or a weighing packaging machine; for larger materials (biscuits, frozen meat, etc.). The method of weighing or counting is generally used way to measure.

 

2. Non-sticky products, such as grains, coffee, sugar, tea, candy and some nut-like granular products have good flow properties and can adapt to various filling methods. For example, measuring cup measurement and weighing measurement.

 

3. Semi-viscous products, such as powdered products such as flour, milk powder, and malted milk extract, and bar, flaky or regular solid products such as biscuits and cakes. Its flow performance is poor, and it is easy to build up bridges and block each other. Corresponding auxiliary measures must be taken to fill this kind of products. Generally, it is recommended that the production workshop should have temperature control and keep it dry to avoid sticky materials.

 

4. Some products, such as dried pastries, preserved fruits, etc., have a certain degree of viscosity and are easy to adhere to each other into blocks, and they are also easy to adhere to packaging machinery and equipment, causing filling difficulties and inaccurate measurement. At this time, special measures need to be taken for filling. Generally, Teflon plating is used on the material contact surface to prevent the material from adhering to the machine.
