Vertical packing machine is a kind of machine which makes the flexible packing material into the bag barrel, fills the material, carries on the sealing, three functions are completed automatically and continuously.The vertical packing machine is usually used for packing bulk, flake, granular, powdery and fluid and semi-fluid materials in combination with the metering and filling machinery of the previous road.
At present, the vertical packing machine on the market can basically run up to 120bpm(bags/min), and the speed can reach 60-80bpm with the above metering and filling machine.
Process description: the characteristic of vertical packing machine is that the feeding barrel of the packaged material is set on the inside of the bag-making machine, and the bag-making and filling materials are carried out from top to bottom along the vertical direction.Vertical packing machine is mainly composed of metering device, transmission system, transverse sealing and longitudinal sealing device, molding device, filling pipe and film pulling and feeding mechanism and other components.
Its working principle is as follows: the reel film placed on the supporting device is wound through the guide rod group and the tensioning device, and the position of the trademark pattern on the packaging material is detected by the photoelectric detection control device, and then rolled into a film cylinder through the shaper and wrapped on the surface of the filling tube.First, heat seal the film at the interface part of the rolled cylinder longitudinally with the longitudinal heat sealing device to obtain the sealing tube. Then, the tubular film is moved to the transverse heat sealing device for transverse sealing to form the packaging bag barrel.The metering device fills the measured goods into the packing bag through the upper filling pipe, and then it is heat sealed by the transverse heat sealing device and cut off in the center to form the packing bag unit body and the bottom sealing of the next cylinder bag at the same time.
Vertical packing machine can be used with conveyor for conveying raw materials, metering device and finished product conveyor to form automatic packing line.In addition can also match metal detection machine, weight detection machine and other devices.Automatic packing line greatly saves the time cost and improves the packing efficiency.
